The Tobi Beans collections for children ages 0 - 4 years are created with fabrics sourced in Johannesburg, South Africa. The garments are handmade and while we love certain fabrics, we use what we find. The garments are designed to adjust as the customer grows; a dress this year could be a top worn with leggings next year!
